Retraction/Withdrawal Policy

Retraction or removal of articles is strongly discouraged by Index Copernicus publications. The submission or withdrawal of a manuscript is solely in the author's interest, and we respect their decision. Retraction of the manuscript will only be permissible for unavoidable reasons, as it wastes the valuable time and effort of editors, reviewers, and the editorial team in processing the manuscripts. Authors can retract their article without any charges if retracted within 24-48 hours of initial submission.
If the author(s) request to retract the manuscript at any time after the review process, in the publication phase (early release), or after it has been published online, they will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice value. All authors are asked to repeatedly check that the article/manuscripts are genuine and free of errors.
Article Retraction
Published articles (with volume/issue/page information) that may contain violations of professional ethical codes, such as multiple submissions, false claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, etc., are retracted. Please refer to the COPE retraction guidelines.
